These terms govern your purchase and use of the SHD Program at sidehustledemons.com, operated by Side Hustle Demons. By purchasing or using the program you agree to them.
The SHD Program is a digital education product: a video course, written lessons, a private community, and direct support from the founder. One payment grants you lifetime access — meaning access for as long as the program operates — to the course and every future update to it.
Optional paid services offered inside the program (for example fulfillment automation through SHD Sourcing) are separate products with their own pricing and terms.
We teach a real process backed by real results, but we cannot and do not guarantee that you will make money. Any sales figures shown on this site are examples from specific members, not promises of what you will earn. Your results depend on your effort, consistency, market conditions, and factors outside anyone's control.
Your account is personal to you. Do not share your login, resell access, or redistribute course content — accounts doing so may be suspended or terminated without refund.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the email address on your account.
All course videos, written lessons, templates, and brand assets are the property of Side Hustle Demons. You may use them for your own learning and business. You may not copy, republish, resell, or share them publicly or privately outside the program.
The private community exists to help members win. No spam, no self-promotion, no harassment, no scams. We may remove content or members that break these rules at our discretion.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Our refund policy is described on the Refunds page and forms part of these terms.
The program teaches you to sell on platforms such as Depop and to communicate via Telegram. Those platforms have their own terms, and we are not responsible for actions they take on your accounts, including suspensions or bans.
The program is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the program is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We may update these terms as the program evolves. Material changes will be announced inside the portal or by email. Continuing to use the program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
